Co-op Support – Human Resources Generalist and Board Administrative Assistant.
- If you were a snack, what snack would you be and why?
I’d like to think I would be a plate full of cheese – a dependable classic, adaptable to nearly any situation.
- If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Fried gnocchi with a cherry tomato and garlic sauce, served with fresh mozzarella pearls.
- Coffee or tea?
Neither – I much prefer to drink Bing, currently carried in our produce department.
- What’s the strangest food you’ve eaten?
A duck quesadilla – it wasn’t bad, but nothing to write home about.
- How do you like your eggs?
Mixed with milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, then absorbed by a piece of bread and cooked on a griddle.
- What is your favorite food at the co-op?
Lori’s delicious Cranberry Rosemary Scones.
- What brings you joy while you work?
The people I work with! I am so grateful to work with folks who are passionate about what they do, who care about each other, and who never fail to brighten my day.
- How long have you worked here?
I have worked here for just over 1 year, and continue to learn something new every single day.
- How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I love playing a variety of casual and puzzle based video games.
