Baba’s hummus and pita is in store now!
Stories like Baba’s are hard to come by. Originally a food truck serving up authentic Palestinian food, Baba’s is now home to their own storefront in Minneapolis’ Lyndale neighborhood! Starting in 2021, Baba’s authentic middle east flavor and cuisine has been a tremendous success in the Twin Cities area. Their expansion into retail has now reached Stillwater, with all nine of their incredible hummus’ and their signature pita puffs available in our deli now!
Created with authentic Palestinian recipes, Baba’s has grown quickly since their humble 2018 beginnings at the Minnesota State Fair. Their “Jerusalem-Style” hummus is a tribute too their parent’s origins, and where the brother and sister combo at the heart of Baba’s spent their summers growing up. At the heart of Jerusalem-Style is a sense of traditional Palestinian ingredients. Creaminess is essential in their hummus, along with drippings of olive oil, in tribute to Palestine’s beloved olive trees and orchards. Top it off with chickpeas, peppers, and paprika, lemon, lamb, and anything else you can think of, and you’re in for a truly authentic modern Middle East food experience!
