Colorful, Zesty Texas Citrus Salsa Recipe
1 Texas grapefruit (we know where you can get some orchard direct ones…)
1 large orange
1 medium tomato, seeded & chopped
1 cup diced green, red & yellow bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced
3 tablespoons chopped red onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Peel, section & dice grapefruit & orange. Combine all ingredients. Drain juice before serving. Makes about 2 cups
